What a rough week I've had.
Sorry for no postings, but when your forced to be in bed for a week...
On a better note, I was informed that I have won a
2006
New England Newspaper Association
Publick Occurences Award
for superior achievement in photojournalism
for my work on documenting the
Portuguese community in America!

This is the third time I have been fortunate to win this award.
In 2004 I won it for documenting the adverse affects of an oil spill in Buzzards Bay
(I should note that I shared that prize with my colleague Mike Valeri who also worked on the project)
In 2005 I won it for my work on homelessness.
I would like to than the academy... just kiddin hahahah.
