Welders at the Fairhaven Shipyard are busy working on constructing the first fishing boat the area has made in at least three generations.  A project that will take at least 6 months to construct is going according to plan as the sheets of lifeless steel take the shape of a fishing boat.  Ricardo Berrios sends a waterfall of sparks downward as he welds a steel plate on the rear of the fishing boat.
