A fire in the attic of a three family residence on Norman St. in the South End of New Bedford left at least one family homeless for the night. Roxanne Beacqua - Soares and husband James Soares wade through the water logged appartment on the third floor, covered with orange tarps by the NBFD , with some belongings in hand not quite sure where they are going.
