Walter Duquette, is doing time in the Bristol County House of Correction in Dartmouth, MA for driving under the influence. Here he cleans his glasses in his cell he shares with 6 other inmates. In 2005 (sorry best i could do) 17,525 traffic deaths were alcohol related, which translates to approximately 40% of all traffic deaths.
