Friends and family put on some final adjustments before Xiomara goes outside to the waiting limo. Xiomara Palacios, daughter of Salvadorean immigrants Juan and Delmi Palacios celebrates her sweet sixteen party in style. In a celebration that is a tradition mostly for central/south american women continues in this country with an Americanized version. The girl becames of age in this celebration.
