Amy Simmons takes the opportunity to feed daughter, Skyler Simmons, 5 months, as she waits for husband/father Alllen James who has arrived from fishing aboard the F/V Vickie II at New Bedford waterfront. In the background Bobby Nicodemisen, deckhand aboard the F/V Ilha Brava, finds out his boat is going out to sea tomorrow. Fishing regulations have changed again. The skipper of every boat now has to take a safety course before being able to take the boat out.
