Kendra Pemberton files records at the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center. More than 22,000 patients made 77,500 visits to the center in 2006, with an additional 4,900 in the WI program. With ever growing patient base the facility has expanded to 2/3 of a city block in downtown New Bedford.
