Sephra Moniz, 7, takes her first step onto a motorized wheelchair that she is about to try out for the first time. Sephra, who suffers from Sacral Agenisis, and other children attending the Schartz Center in Dartmouth were given the opportunity to ride some of the specialized bicycles made by Freedom Concepts that give the children the opportunity to become mobile using their own power.
