Chicco tries offering assistance to a homeless woman who calls the Webster Bank ATM enclosure home on cold nights. Volunteers from the Homeless Service Provider's Network make their way around New Bedford in search of homeless people living on the street in an effort to provide the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development an accurate cencus of the city's homeless. This census is used by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to grant the city money to address the problem.
