Peter Ratel puts in his good deed for the day as he uses a snow blower to shovel the driveway of an elderly resident on East Rodney French Blvd in the south end of New Bedford. Mr. Ratel is part of the Clear Path program that clear snow for elderly and handicaped residents of the city for free (run by city hall). The local snow fall forces residents to pull out their snow blowers once again.
