Emotions run high in the courtroom as Manuel Moniz, 23, of New Bedford is arraigned on March 27, 2009 at New Bedford 3rd District Court for murder of 18-month old Priscilla Walker, his girlfriends daughter. Prosecutors stated that the injuries to the child were consistent with stomping.
