Curtis Sliwa and some of his Guardian Angels make their most difficult journey of the day up the elevator to meet the mayor in city hall in New Bedford. Curtis Sliwa, CEO, and other members of the Guardian Angels got a chance to look at a variety of troubled neighborhoods in New Bedford in an effort to evalutate the obstacles in creating a chapter of the Guardian Angels in New Bedford.
