A homeless man sleeps under the I195 downtown exit offramp in New Bedford,MA as the rumble of traffic directly above him isnt enough to wake him. A small community of homeless people have made the concrete slabs of the underside of the interstate highways their home. Hidden from view, their existence goes unseen to the average motorist.
