Mariusz Puckowski and fellow crew of the Janice & Julie scalloper prepare the ships rakes for their next voyage on Monday. Mr. Puckowski is looking forward to Friday when he will become an American citizen in Hartfort, CT. Mr. Puckowski who immigrated to this country from his native Poland in 1987 has been trying to become a citizen for the last 6 years, and on Friday he will become one.
