Henry Medeiros is all smiles as he looks on as Brian Dias and Noah DesRoches of DesRoches Bros. construction install new windows in Mr. Medeiros' daughters room at his home in New Bedford. Mr. Medeiros decided to install new windows to take advantage of the governmental incentive programs (in this case 30% of purchase max $1500) which end tomorrow!
