Jonathan Lucas, 19, speaks with SSG Dwaine J. Benloss after arriving at the recruiting station in Dartmouth, MA days after being sworn in, to conduct an orientation with SSG Timothy R. Desouza, right in preparation to be shipped out to basic training on May 18th. Jonathan who turned to the Army after finding himself in complete poverty. While still attending High School Jonathan was forced to sleep in his car for months after running out of money to pay for an apartment. Army recruiters at the Army recruiting station in Dartmouth, MA have seen an increase in new recruits.
