Brad Cardoza puts the final touches on a huge mural that reads "Knowledge is Power" he and fellow graffiti artist Joey St. Pierre painted on a wood fence in New Bedford. The mural was commissioned by homeowner Ben Gilbarg who wanted to paint a positive message that the neighborhoods youngsters could relate to.
