Fellow members of the Polish American Veterans association congratulate Mr. Witkowicz on his medal. Felix S. Witkowicz, 90, was given the French Legion of Honor Medal in a ceremony held at the Military Museum at Fort Taber in the south end of New Bedford. Mr. Witkowicz was given the French Legion of Honor medal for his exemplerary service in World War II.
