A fishing boat makes its way out to sea above, while below the surface of the water, Nick Armstrong monitors the pumping efforts of the coffer dam that is holding back the water while construction of the new boat ramp in the south end of New Bedford continues. The project is expected to be complete at the end of next month and brings better access to boaters and their vehicles when they drop their boats into the water.
