Downtown New Bedford Inc. director Diane Arsenault puts the final touches on the bow of one of the light posts on N. 2nd St. in downtown New Bedford she and her helpers are beautifying for the holidays with laurel and bows.... Or is this light post just trying to fix its bow for the picture??
