Pat Richard who has been spending her summers in Westport for over 25 years was shocked at the damage caused by Irene as she tries to make her way down what's left of East Beach Rd in Westport, MA on August 31, 2011. The beach-front road was shattered by the high surf and winds when hurricane Irene swept by the area on Sunday.
