Attendees participate in the silent "whaler wave" cheer during the “Capturing the American Dream Through Education". It was a first-of-its-kind city-wide education rally attended by elementary, middle and high school students outside the Paul Rodrigues Administration Building,on County St. in downtown New Bedford urging students of all ages to stay in school.
