Massachusetts state police bomb squad specialist Scott Fahey takes a closer look at a suspicious set of red sticks found by the garbage collector at the intersection of Linden St. and Myrtle St. in New Bedford. The contraption turned out to be PVC pipes painted and arranged like dynamite sticks probably for a Halloween installation.
