Justin Oliveira is seen working inside the bell tower of the Saint Lawrence Chuch high above County Street in New Bedford. The St. Lawrence Martyr Church, which was established in 1821, is the fourth oldest Catholic Church in Massachusetts and is currently undergoing repairs to the bell tower trellis woodwork.
