Eighth graders Kiah Borges, 14 left, and Victoria Raposo, 15, along with other volunteer students from St. James St. John school paint some winter scenes on the windows of Cafe Arpeggio on Purchase Street in downtown New Bedford to be display as part of the Deck the Windows competition by the New Bedford Local Cultural Council.
