Visitors from Connecticut, George Foote, left, and Jennette Marcucci take in the somber cenotaphs hanging on the walls of the Seamens Bethel in New Bedford, including a new entry remembering Thomas Quintin Jr. who fell overboard while fishing in the Miss Shauna fishing boat. The cenotaph will be officially presented on November 18th.
