Jamie O'Driscoll, brother of Shannon, and wife Sarah Spangler-O'Driscoll jump into the cold waters off of East Beach Road in Westport as part of the Annual Plunge of the Faithful. The annual event celebrates the life of Shannon O'Driscoll, 24, who was killed in 2006 when she was struck by an SUV while holding a sign supporting daycare centers.
