A#1 Crane owner, Patrick Carr, checks in on the 14 bells he removed from the St. Lawrence Church on County Street in New Bedford, and which are now housed at his shop in Fairhaven, MA. There was outrage in the community after the bells were removed from the church, and a Fairhaven resident (Suzanne Sullivan) has taken it upon herself to raise $75K by Jan 1, in an effort to save the bells from being sold to a company in Cincinnati, Ohio.
