James O'Driscoll, brother of Shannon, dives into the cold waters off of Goosebury Island in Westport, MA, for the annual Plunge of the Faithful in celebrating the life of Shannon O'Driscoll who was killed in 2006 by an SUV driver while holding a sign supporting organized day care programs in the state. This is part of a fundraiser, which has raised over 20K dollars since it began.
