Mountains of toys are seen inside of Station 6 in the south end of New Bedford, as firefighters sort them into smaller collections to be distributed for the 21st Annual New Bedford Firefighters Union Toy Drive. The Annual toy drive is organized by the New Bedford firefighters union in collaboration with the United Way, consisting of over 30 toy drives during the year along with public donations. Toys were then be distributed to non-profit organizations in New Bedford, reaching over 1500 kids before Christmas. PHOTO PETER PEREIRA
