Various city, town and State authorities gathered to search for Kenneth Parks who was reported missing Wednesday afternoon in Fairhaven. Mr. Parks was found 22 hours later by a homeowner. He was sitting in her car parked in her driveway on Chestnut Street. PHOTOS PETER PEREIRA
