An Irish flag flies above as Joe Mone plays the warpipes (thats what bagpipes are called in Ireland) in front of the Irish Memorial in the south end of New Bedford. An Irish delegation consisting of Mayor of Derry, Drew Thompson (N. Ireland) and Mayor of Buncrana, Paul Bradley (Ireland), were part of the St. Patrick's day celebration that began with a flag raising in front of New Bedford City hall then a wreath laying at the Irish memorial in the South End of New Bedford.
