Taking advantage of the great weather Stan Tavares, of D.N. Kelley shipyard in Fairhaven, applies rust-lock to the section between the gigantic paddles of the Pilgrim Bell a paddle boat from Plymouth, MA. The Pilgrim Bell is a paddle boat used to give tourists harbor tours and is expected to begin its tourist season next week.
