Frank Shelley offers some comfort to Olivia Alves who was driving the Jeep Cherokee they were in when it veered off on the wet metal section of the Fairhaven Bridge (seen behind) and struck the concrete jersey barriers lining Rt6. The pair are ok and no other vehicle was involved.
