Maria Ramos stands in the living room under a large painting of the last supper at her sons home while dinner is cooking. Her son, Ervin Ramos who immigrated illegaly from Guatemala when he was 17 has become a US citizen and has been able to carve out a comfortable life in America. This is for a large (gigantic) project I've been working on documenting illegal immigrants who have come to this country. Will be published in June sometime. (I think..)
