John DeMello a prop technician with Scandia Propeller Service in Fairhaven adjusts the acetylene/oxygen mixture of his heating torch to begin adjusting the pitch of the 67" prop of the scalloper Justice that is currently at D.N. Kelley shipyard for repairs.
