John Medeiros owner and resident of the first floor of his three family tenant on West Bliss St. in Dartmouth begins the hard process of rebuilding his home after it was devastated by an electrical fire on June 9th, 2008. Mr. Medeiros puts on his gloves as he prepares to start clearing out the third floor where his daughter and his two grandaughters lived. The room to the left was his grandaughters room.
