Rev. Curtis Dias tours the tire dump for the first time since the decision to clean it up was mandated by the federal government. Rev. Curtis Dias of Freetown was responsible for the clean up of over 1 million tires !!!! that had been dumped in a wooded area in Freetown, MA.
