Youngsters that are part of the Youth Build New Bedford green solutions energy corps conduct an energy audit at the residence of Leo Beltran in the south end of New Bedford. The group uses the energy audit to conduct a free on site evaluation of a homes areas that could be more energy efficient as the weather begins to get colder.
