Maria dos Anjos Souza gives her son some water. Maria dos Anjos Souza is now solely responsible for taking care of her son Manuel Souza, 35 after her husband Manuel Souza was killed by a motorist while crossing Brock Ave in the south end of New Bedford on February 9th, 2010. Mr. Souza was instrumental in taking care of their son who suffers from cerebral palsy and Mrs. Souza is not sure how she will cope.
