Local realtor John Ryan inspects one of his properties on Ruth St. where thieves have managed to break in and steal a vast majority of the copper pipping in the kitchen and bathrooms of the three tenant home. This is a trend across the city where copper is stolen then sold to scrap yards on cents to the dollar.
